Bulk material: hopper scales, belt scales & weighfeeders
We offer a complete range of hopper scales for your load-out operations with weight set point, load-in operations or internal transfers, with flow rates ranging from 10 to 4,000 m3/h. Brand new in our range, discover our ABS XF, designed for automatic weighing of milling flour.
Our various ranges of integrating scales continuously measure the flow rates of your products. Inserted in your handling circuits, after a bucket elevator or a chain conveyor and feeding a silo or a remoted ship loading station, the weighing belt conveyors can handle activities ranging from +/- 1% internal weighing to +/- 0.25% commercial weighing – class 0.5. They can be Integrated into your belt conveyors, for instance after a storage hopper or a storage cell, our belt scales help to monitor the circuit flow downstream.
Our weigh belt feeders are controlled by your automated systems through flow rate setpoints or locally by your operators via our I 410 WBF interface cabinet.
Vehicle Weighing: weighbridges & axel weigher
We offer a whole range of weighbridges, either aboveground or pit-mounted. Suitable for trucks, tractors and trailers weigh-in and weigh-out for your products or cattle expedition control, raw material reception, etc. The WMU application, especially developed for weighbridge operation, manages all entrance-exit and weighing data. Installed on an I410 terminal, the software allows you to have a weighing station that is tailored to your needs. The D570 remote display offers high readability and perfect resistance to extreme conditions. Its double-sided display makes it possible to monitor the weight regardless the in/out way.
